Frais au Feu is an outdoor event catering company that uses a unique mobile wood-fired pizza oven handcrafted in Italy. We can cater for anybody, anywhere and operate on a close to zero carbon footprint for weddings and private events.
Our cooking uses waste offcuts of local wood and locally sourced ingredients with a focus on quality and freshness. We use traditional Italian techniques and recipes and are highly efficient in catering for groups of 20 to 200 people.
We offer the perfect pre or post wedding party food with our happy, fresh food and because we’re mobile we can literally pull up anywhere - from the pool or the terrace to the secret garden.
Our team is comprised of seasoned event and catering professionals who add an element of theatre and fun to events, alongside spectacular looking and tasting food. Our artisan pizzas are prepared and cooked fresh in front of customers with a high degree of participation, if desired.
We only use authentic Italian 00 flour alongside the freshest ingredients. Alongside our classic Italian pizza recipes we also have an alternative wood-fired cooking menu offering vegan and vegetarian specialties to French classics like Boeuf Bourguignon or raclette.
As an add-on our pizza trailer is towed by a classic VW Westfalia Camper Van, which accommodates a professional sound system, so if you want party vibes to go with your party food just ask us and we can turn it up.
