Personalised exquisite cakes & hand-made flowers are creative signatures at Imagine Cakes. Be it the petals of the flowers or the client’s favourite flavour, we hope to bring happiness and memorable sweet memories from the design of the cake to its filling.
Owing to Yenny’s initial background in French pâtisseries, Imagine cakes also proposes sweet table offerings that include mignardises (mini pastries) on the menu.
Beginning with the initial consultation through the design process to the creation, we bring personalised attention and care to clients’ preferences to each detail of the wedding cake. The idea is to have you imagine your wedding cake together with us, drawn from inspirations just about anywhere, arts, architecture, nature and definitely fashion. Imagine, and it shall be.
At Imagine Cakes, we love to explore exotic savours and flavour combinations, from classic Vanilla to honey lavender to earl grey caramel. We usually propose our popular combinations but we are happy to tailor flavours to suit your preferences. In order to offer something unique to our clients, we sometimes like to challenge the boundaries a little by concocting interesting flavour combinations that can be a talking point for your guests. We try our best to source our products locally before seeking international quality suppliers and we produce most of our elements from scratch, from curds and syrups to salted caramel and nutty pralines.
A little about Yenny, after being in finance for almost 12 years, she often imagined what life would take her if she did choose a different path in her life. Finally, she decided to pursue a diploma in Pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. After which she worked at Le Meurice with the team of Chef Cedric Grolet. Gradually, I find my passion lies more with sugar flowers and layered cakes as opposed to French pâtisseries and thus decided to specialise in this area. Like with her previous job as a relationship manager in a bank, she enjoys giving personal attention and working with each of the clients together. Hence, Imagine Cakes with Yenny hopes to make our elements with as much love and imagination as possible, customised to your needs and giving you a personal touch. The joyous thing about being a cake artist is that she gets to be a part of multiple celebrations, anniversaries to weddings to office celebrations and the cakes will love to be the center of attention.
Imagine cakes is currently based in Paris and is interested in taking on projects in neighbouring areas as well.
