WWe are a family run business, my husband is Le Chef Impeccable creating gastronomic delights for every wedding. My background is in marketing and event management with a very varied and extensive portfolio from glitzy award ceremonies, business networking clubs and charity fashion shows. I adore making things happen so when an idea is born and comes to fruition there is nothing more rewarding. I am creative, edgy and full of energy and enthusiasm and love exploring new ideas to create unique and bespoke events.

15 years of planning in France alone and over 300 weddings have taught us how to pick out the best suppliers and how to create unique, memorable and stress-free weddings.

We were delighted by our decision to have Jo as our wedding planner and Jean-Marc as our caterer for our wedding in Chateau Plombis.

From start to finish Jo exuded professionalism and gave us confidence from day one, that she would deliver the wedding that we had always hoped for. The communication, diligence and advice throughout was excellent and made the process incredibly straightforward and transparent.

Getting married abroad carries such excitement, but also, nerves, as you put your trust in others. Jo and her team couldn’t have made us feel more at ease. From putting us in touch with a fantastic stylist, band and drinks suppliers, it was clear her vast experience was going to be invaluable. We certainly feel this enabled us to be so relaxed over our wedding weekend as we knew all the finer details were completely taken care of.

The same sentiment applies to Jean-Marc. We were fortunate to spend time with JM in his home and sample the menu prior to making our final choices. The food was spectacular over the 3 days that JM and his team catered for us. I would highly recommended JM to anyone if you want delicious classical French food, professionalism and friendly service. This is certainly something we did not take for granted.

We thank them both from the bottom of our hearts for playing such a pivotal role in what was the best day of our lives.
